Happy 2012 everyone!
Every new year’s eve it has long been a tradition of ours to celebrate it either at our humble abode or at some close relative of ours. For three consecutive years now we have managed to successfully leech off of someone’s house.

Although family reconnecting sounds good. It would be nice to unwind by celebrating new year’s eve partying somewhere next year. If we do manage to survive. lol

In our country fireworks are massive and can be found everywhere except it seems that the numbers are slowly deteriorating. How unfortunate but quite practical.

Mango has been my go to place when it comes to New year’s eve gatherings for two consecutive years now. They have a fine selection of sophisticated casual pieces so it made my life pretty much easier since I pretty much lazed up on looking for what to wear.

Iono about you but some of my traditional Chinese friends from here have spoken of incorporating something red into your look in order to welcome the new year with luck. I didn’t really care but what the hell I squeezed in a last minute red belt in there haha.

Mother gave me her gold necklace which was given to her by my late-father as a gift.
